About the role
Salary: R10 000 Basic plus Benefits Permanent Opportunity in Cape Town Leading Financial Services Client requires a Collections Agent to join their fast paced environment to do daily collection of unpaid debit orders and debt with clients
- Contacting clients on a daily basis
- Communicate with clients on unpaid debit orders
- Update payments and refunds
- Administration and updates on salesforc
What they're looking for
- Matric / Grade 12
- 3 Years experience doing telephonic collections
- Advanced MS Office Skills (especially Excel) with experience using Salesforce
- Must have excellent communication skills to deal with clients telephonically
