About the role
Permanent | Hybrid Opportunity in South Africa Established Organisation requires a Senior Integration Specialist to analyse, design, confiqure and implement Workforce Management data driven designs for clients
- Analyse customer requirements and design end-to-end WFM integration solutions
- Understand the WFM blueprint and configure the system and its integration
- Work with customers third party vendors (eg HR, payroll etc)
- Define and guide customers on business process and policies
- Conduct Training
- Provide After Sales Support to customers
What they're looking for
- Matric Grade12
- IT related Tertiary Qualification
- Certifications preferred: Dell Boomi, Cloud (AWS or Azure), and other Microsoft (OS, Database) Certifications
- Minimum 5 Years experience in a similar role with system integration and networking experience
- Experience preferred: Dell Boomi (UKG, HRIS, 3rd party system integrations)
- Experience supporting enterprise software applications
- Experience in preparing technical and functional design documentation
