Description

You will coordinate bookings, liaise with clients, prepare function sheets, communicate event requirements to operational departments, and ensure every event is delivered to the highest standard from enquiry through to completion.

Minimum Requirements

  • Previous experience in banqueting or events coordination
  • Opera PMS experience essential
  • Excellent administrative and organisational skills
  • Strong communication and customer service abilities
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced hotel environment
  • Salary: R14,000 – R18,000 per month
