An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Banqueting Supervisor to join a leading luxury hotel in Durban. Our client is looking for a service-focused professional with strong organisational skills and Opera PMS experience to oversee banquet operations and ensure memorable guest events. • The successful candidate will supervise banquet staff, coordinate event execution, liaise with kitchen and operations teams, ensure exceptional guest service, and maintain operational standards throughout conferences, weddings and special events.

What they're looking for

• Minimum 2–3 years' experience in banqueting supervision
• Luxury hotel experience preferred
• Opera PMS experience essential
• Excellent leadership and event coordination skills
• Strong communication and guest relations ability
• Able to work flexible hospitality hours
• Salary: R15,000 – R20,000 per month
