Description

The successful candidate will supervise banquet staff, coordinate event execution, liaise with kitchen and operations teams, ensure exceptional guest service, and maintain operational standards throughout conferences, weddings and special events.

Minimum Requirements

  • Minimum 2–3 years' experience in banqueting supervision
  • Luxury hotel experience preferred
  • Opera PMS experience essential
  • Excellent leadership and event coordination skills
  • Strong communication and guest relations ability
  • Able to work flexible hospitality hours
  • Salary: R15,000 – R20,000 per month
