Our client, a well-established luxury hotel in Durban, is seeking an experienced Bar Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of a busy hotel bar. • The successful candidate will supervise bar operations, ensuring exceptional service, stock control, and compliance with health and safety standards. You will lead and motivate the bar team, monitor beverage quality, manage cash handling procedures, and assist with stock ordering and inventory control while maintaining a welcoming guest experience.

• Minimum 2–3 years' experience in a Bar Supervisor role within a hotel environment
• Previous luxury hotel experience preferred
• Proficient in Micros POS
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent knowledge of beverages and bar operations
• Ability to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
• Salary: R12,000 – R16,000 per month
