Description
You will prepare and serve premium hot and cold beverages while creating memorable guest experiences through exceptional service. Responsibilities include operating and maintaining coffee equipment, managing stock levels, ensuring the bar area is clean and organised, monitoring beverage quality, and confidently recommending products while maintaining the highest hospitality standards.
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12
- Minimum 2–3 years' Barista experience
- Hands-on experience with professional coffee equipment
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Passion for hospitality and specialty coffee
- Excellent attention to detail
- Professional appearance
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
