Our client is seeking an experienced Duty Manager / Host to deliver exceptional guest experiences at a luxury retreat in the Cape Winelands.

Description

This role combines hosting, operational support, and guest relations. You will ensure smooth daily management, personalised service, and seamless coordination across departments.

 

Key Responsibilities
• Welcome and host guests with warmth and professionalism
• Oversee smooth day-to-day lodge operations
• Support F&B, housekeeping, spa, and FOH
• Handle enquiries, special requests, and feedback
• Assist with reservations and admin
• Maintain high service standards

 

Salary: R22 000 – R25 000

Minimum Requirements

• 3+ years in luxury hospitality
• Strong guest relations and communication skills
• Calm, polished and professional
• Excellent organisational ability
• Passion for guest experience
