Our client, a luxury beach resort based in Mozambique, is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage / Kitchen Manager to oversee all food service and kitchen-related operations within a high-end remote hospitality environment.
Description
The successful candidate will manage the day-to-day food and beverage operation, ensuring high standards across kitchen administration, stock control, food quality, service delivery, hygiene, and team management. This role requires a strong operational individual capable of managing both front and back-of-house food operations while maintaining excellent guest experiences.
You will work closely with senior management to ensure smooth daily operations, cost controls, supplier coordination, and service consistency throughout the property. Strong leadership and the ability to thrive in a remote luxury environment are essential.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to join a professional hospitality team in one of Southern Africa’s premier coastal destinations.
Package:
- USD $2,000 nett salary

- 2 return flights per annum
- 6 weeks on / 2 weeks off rotation
Minimum Requirements
- Previous Food & Beverage or Kitchen Management experience within luxury hospitality
- Strong stock control and cost management skills
- Good understanding of kitchen and food service operations
- Experience within Southern Africa essential
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage teams within a remote environment
- Strong hygiene and operational standards
- Hospitality qualification advantageous
