Our client, an exclusive private bush retreat in Limpopo where couples can slow down, reconnect, and explore 300 hectares of untouched wilderness, is seeking an experienced Full-Time Remote Reservationist to join their team.

This opportunity is ideal for an organised hospitality professional who thrives in a fast-paced reservations environment and enjoys building relationships with guests while working remotely.

 

Salary: R12,000 per month (slightly negotiable) + Commission
Hours: Approximately 07:00 – 17:00 (hospitality hours apply and may vary depending on operational requirements)
Location: Fully Remote (South Africa)

Description

  • Manage reservations from initial enquiry through to confirmation
  • Respond professionally to guest enquiries via email and telephone
  • Maintain accurate booking records and room availability
  • Process payments and follow up on outstanding reservations
  • Provide detailed information on accommodation, activities, and guest experiences
  • Deliver exceptional personalised guest service
  • Identify opportunities to upsell accommodation and experiences to maximise revenue

Minimum Requirements

  • Previous reservations experience within a lodge, hotel, or hospitality environment
  • Experience using NightsBridge, LekkeSlaap, or similar booking platforms
  • Strong administrative, organisational, and communication skills
  • Sales-oriented with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and effectively manage workload
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection
  • Fully equipped home office setup

 

Additional Information

  • Commission structure offering an additional R2,000 – R4,000 per month for proactive sales performance and achieving targets.

 

Hospitality hours are not fixed and flexibility is required to accommodate operational demands.
