Description
You will carry out preventative and reactive maintenance across the estate, including minor painting, plumbing, carpentry, furniture repairs and general upkeep. Responsibilities also include inspecting guest rooms before arrivals, reporting maintenance issues, maintaining public areas and ensuring all facilities remain in excellent condition while supporting the overall guest experience.
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 preferred
- Minimum 1 year's maintenance experience within hospitality or property maintenance
- Knowledge of plumbing, painting, carpentry and general repairs
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Flexible to work weekends, public holidays and shifts
