Customer Support & Sales Consultant – German Speaking | Remote

We’re looking for a Customer Support & Sales Consultant to support our growing team. This role is fully remote, and you’ll be the friendly voice and helping hand for our native German-speaking customers—from the first contact through to the application for medical aids with health insurance providers. Most of our customers are visually impaired or blind, and most often elderly. All of our products are custom made for each individual customer.
Description
Your Responsibilities:
- Customer Support & Consultation:
Advise customers via phone and email, guiding them from initial inquiries to insurance applications. - Product Advice:
Provide helpful and empathetic consultation on our range of accessible household aids. - Follow-up Calls:
Contact existing customers with confirmed interest to support and guide them further. - Order Processing:
Take and manage orders, liaising with our production team and suppliers to ensure timely delivery. - Data Management:
Maintain customer records in our CRM system to stay organized and responsive.
Minimum Requirements
Your Profile
- You will need a fibre connection to your home and a PC, and a good basic understanding of Microsoft, Internet use etc.
- You enjoy customer interaction and sales conversations.
- You are empathetic, a good listener, and communicate clearly and professionally.
- You work independently and with attention to detail.
- CRM experience is a plus.
- Language: Native-level fluency in German, both written and spoken.
Bonus Points (Not Mandatory)
- Experience in customer service or sales (e.g., call center, tourism, retail, hospitality).
- Familiarity with people with disabilities.
