Currently, they are looking for a dedicated and personable Guest Relations Officer to join their team.

Description

As a Guest Relations Officer, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients guests, ensuring their comfort, satisfaction, and an unforgettable stay. This role requires exceptional interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for creating positive and lasting impressions.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Guest Engagement: Welcome guests warmly, providing personalized assistance and information to enhance their overall experience.

Issue Resolution: Address guest concerns and requests promptly and effectively, ensuring a quick resolution to maintain guest satisfaction.

Concierge Services: Provide recommendations and assistance with local attractions, dining, and activities, facilitating a seamless and enjoyable stay for our guests.

Communication: Maintain clear and open communication with guests, anticipating their needs and ensuring a high level of service throughout their stay.

Feedback Collection: Gather and analyze guest feedback, identifying areas for improvement and sharing positive feedback with the team.

Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including front office, housekeeping, and F&B, to coordinate and deliver a cohesive guest experience.

Minimum Requirements

Previous experience in guest relations or a customer-facing role in the hospitality industry is advantageous.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle challenging situations with tact and professionalism.

Knowledge of local attractions, services, and amenities.

Proficient in using reservation and communication systems.

 

Start Date: Immediate
