Description
As the Guest Relations Officer, you will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring every interaction reflects the highest standards of luxury hospitality. Your responsibilities will include managing guest arrivals and departures, coordinating reservations and itineraries, arranging transfers and experiences, updating guest profiles, assisting with restaurant and spa bookings, and liaising with various departments to ensure seamless service throughout each guest's stay. You'll also assist with occasional night audit duties and proactively resolve guest requests while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
Minimum Requirements
- Hospitality Certificate or Diploma
- Minimum 2–3 years' experience in Guest Relations within a luxury hotel, lodge or wine estate
- Strong administration and computer skills
- Experience with Protel or similar Property Management Systems advantageous
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, well-presented and guest-focused
- Ability to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
- Reliable transport essential
