Description

You will oversee all bar operations, maintain high service standards, manage stock and ordering, train bar staff, develop beverage offerings, and ensure profitability while delivering an outstanding guest experience.

Minimum Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a Head Barman or Senior Bar Supervisor
  • Luxury hotel or high-end hospitality experience
  • Micros POS experience essential
  • Strong knowledge of wines, spirits and cocktails
  • Leadership, organisational and communication skills
  • Flexible to work hospitality hours
  • Salary: R18,000 – R24,000 per month
