• You will oversee all bar operations, maintain high service standards, manage stock and ordering, train bar staff, develop beverage offerings, and ensure profitability while delivering an outstanding guest experience.

• Minimum 3 years' experience as a Head Barman or Senior Bar Supervisor
• Luxury hotel or high-end hospitality experience
• Micros POS experience essential
• Strong knowledge of wines, spirits and cocktails
• Leadership, organisational and communication skills
• Flexible to work hospitality hours
• Salary: R18,000 – R24,000 per month
