Summary

Our client is looking for an accomplished Head Chef to lead the culinary team at a luxury safari lodge in Madikwe Game Reserve. This permanent live-in opportunity is ideal for a creative chef with experience delivering exceptional dining experiences in a five-star lodge environment.

Description

You will lead all kitchen operations, create innovative menus, manage food costs, train the kitchen brigade and ensure outstanding food quality while exceeding guest expectations.

Minimum Requirements

  • Relevant culinary qualification
  • Minimum 5 years' experience as Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef
  • Luxury lodge or five-star hotel experience
  • Strong leadership and financial management skills
  • Excellent knowledge of food safety and kitchen operations
