A rare hospitality couple opportunity has become available with our client, an exclusive luxury beach resort in Mozambique. The property is seeking a General / Operations Manager together with a Food & Beverage / Kitchen Manager to join their senior management team.

Description

This opportunity is ideal for an experienced hospitality couple looking to work together within a remote luxury resort environment. The resort requires a strong operational leader to oversee the full property operation alongside an experienced Food & Beverage / Kitchen Manager to manage all culinary and service-related operations.

 

Both roles require hands-on leadership, excellent organisational skills, and strong operational experience within Southern Africa. Candidates should be comfortable working in a remote coastal environment while maintaining exceptional guest service and operational standards.

 

The property offers a structured rotation schedule, accommodation, meals, and flights, making this an attractive long-term opportunity for hospitality professionals seeking an international lifestyle role.

 

Package Includes:

  • USD $4,000 nett (General / Operations Manager)
  • USD $2,000 nett (F&B / Kitchen Manager)
  • Accommodation and meals included
  • 2 return flights per annum
  • 6 weeks on / 2 weeks off rotation

Minimum Requirements

  • Proven luxury hospitality management experience
  • Southern Africa hospitality experience essential
  • Strong financial, stock control, and operational management skills
  • Experience managing teams in remote properties
  • Professional communication and leadership abilities
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as a management team
  • Resort or lodge experience highly advantageous
