Technical Support Manager – Farm Animals
Our client, a respected leader in the animal health industry, is seeking an experienced and commercially minded Technical Support Manager – Farm Animals to join their team in Centurion. As the Technical Support Manager, the successful applicant will lead and facilitate technical training programmes, manage and coordinate field trials, provide expert advice to customers and colleagues, and support innovative product solutions within the farm animal industry. This individual will work closely with both technical and commercial teams to drive sustainable sales and deliver exceptional customer support.

- Provide technical support and expert advice to veterinarians, producers, and customers.
- Develop and deliver technical training programs for internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Plan, implement, and monitor field trials to evaluate product performance and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with commercial teams to support sustainable sales growth and market development.
- Assist with product innovation initiatives and contribute to new product development strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry partners and customers.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and technical meetings.
- Monitor industry trends and provide insights that support strategic decision-making.
- Prepare technical reports, presentations, and educational materials.
- Ensure the company maintains its reputation as a trusted technical leader within the livestock sector.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor of Veterinary Science degree
- Registration with the South African Veterinary Council
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in livestock practice or the animal health industry
- Strong technical knowledge of farm animal health and production
- Experience in technical support, trial management, and business development
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
