Salary: R15,000 per month
Location: Head Office – Green Point
Description
- Handle accommodation and spa reservations via phone, email, and online booking platforms
- Assist in coordinating guest itineraries, activities, and special requests
- Support concierge services, including transport bookings and guest assistance
- Process payments and confirmations while maintaining accurate booking records
- Liaise with operations teams to ensure smooth guest arrivals and departures
- Deliver exceptional guest service and maintain luxury hospitality standards at all times
Minimum Requirements
- 2–3 years’ experience within a 4- or 5-star lodge, hotel, or reservations environment
- Previous reservations experience essential
- Nebula reservation system experience advantageous
- Strong understanding of the lodge and luxury hospitality environment
- Excellent communication, organisational, and customer service skills
- Strong computer literacy and confidence using booking systems
- Ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment
- Passion for hospitality, tourism, and guest service
- Fluency in Mandarin, Arabic, or Russian would be advantageous
