Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations of a 60+ key hotel in Moshi.
- Implement and manage preventive maintenance programs for all building systems.
- Supervise technical staff and contractors to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and construction systems.
Minimum Requirements
Candidate Profile:
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience as a hotel maintenance engineer or facilities manager within properties of similar scale.
- Strong technical background with hands-on experience in hotel operations and engineering systems.
- Engineering degree in Construction, Mechanical, Electrical, or a related field.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and budgets.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive, guest-focused approach.
