An exciting opportunity exists for a dynamic and creative Marketing Manager to join a leading hospitality, food, lifestyle, and entertainment destination in Cape Town.

This role is ideal for an experienced marketing professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for food, culture, events, brand building, and customer engagement.


Salary: R50,000 per month + additional benefits

Description

  • Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies to drive footfall, brand awareness, and customer engagement.
  • Manage public relations activities, including media relations, press releases, influencer partnerships, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Oversee social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant channels.
  • Create and coordinate engaging content aligned with brand objectives.
  • Plan and execute entertainment programmes, events, activations, and cultural experiences.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, vendors, and partners, supporting their promotional activities.
  • Ensure all marketing materials align with brand guidelines and standards.
  • Monitor campaign performance and report on key marketing KPIs.
  • Analyse customer feedback, market trends, and campaign results to improve future initiatives.
  • Support brand reputation management and assist with crisis communication when required.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years' experience in a Marketing Management role.
  • Previous experience within hospitality, retail, tourism, lifestyle, entertainment, or related sectors.
  • Proven experience managing marketing campaigns, PR initiatives, and brand activations.
  • Strong social media management and content creation experience.
  • Experience coordinating events, activations, and promotional campaigns.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and project management abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
