Our client based in Centurion is looking to employ an Office Administrator as soon as possible.
Description
The Office Administrator is responsible for smooth and efficient operation of the office by managing daily administrative tasks, maintaining office facilities, and supporting staff and visitors. Other responsibilities include scheduling meetings, organizing office layouts, coordinating with IT and HR, handling travel and housing arrangements, and addressing employee queries. Additionally, the role involves planning company events, maintaining files, overseeing supplies and equipment, and performing various tasks to support overall company operations.
Minimum Requirements
- Schedule meetings and appointments.
- Organize the office layout and order stationery and equipment.
- Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs
- Partner with HR to update and maintain office policies as necessary
- Organize office operations and procedures.
- Coordinate with IT department on all office equipment.
- Provide general support to visitors.
- Meet and Greet New Employees during the onboarding process.
- Address employees’ queries regarding office management issues (e.g., stationery, Hardware, and travel arrangements).
- Plan in-house or off-site activities, like parties, celebrations, and conferences.
- Employee Housing.
- Company Travel arrangements.
- Switchboard
- Company Motor Vehicles.
- Assisting staff members with admin tasks.
- Maintaining general office files, and other files related to the company’s operations.
- Coordinating and managing appointments, meetings, and the conference room schedule to prevent duplicate bookings.
