Our client, a Safari Lodge in Hoedspruit, Limpopo, is seeking a highly organised Office Administrator to support lodge operations during a growth phase. This live-in role is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills and hospitality awareness who enjoys supporting operational teams behind the scenes.
Salary: R10 000 – R14 000 per month
Roster: 3 weeks on / 1 week off

Description
The Office Administrator will:
- Manage day-to-day office administration, ensuring efficient workflow, accurate record-keeping, and adherence to company procedures.
- Maintain and update staff records, personnel files, attendance registers, and confidential HR documentation.
- Coordinate internal communication by distributing notices, memos, and updates across departments.
- Assist management with HR administration, including onboarding documentation, leave tracking, and disciplinary or performance-related paperwork.
- Liaise with suppliers and service providers to request quotations, place orders, track deliveries, and resolve queries.
- Provide operational support by coordinating schedules, meetings, and office resources.
- Ensure smooth back-office operations by monitoring office supplies, maintaining filing systems, and supporting compliance with internal policies.
Minimum Requirements
- Previous office or administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Hospitality experience advantageous
