Description
- Perform comprehensive eye examinations and vision tests
- Diagnose and manage ocular conditions, prescribing appropriate treatments or referrals
- Provide expert advice on eyewear selection, lens options, and contact lenses
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care
- Stay updated with the latest advancements and developments in optometry
Minimum Requirements
- Qualified and HPCSA-registered optometrist
- Fluent in Afrikaans and English
- Strong clinical and interpersonal skills
- Professional, warm and patient-centred approach
- Able to work independently while contributing positively to the practice team
- A genuine commitment to delivering excellent patient care
