Description
- Perform comprehensive eye examinations and vision tests
- Diagnose and manage ocular conditions, prescribing appropriate treatments or referrals
- Provide expert advice on eyewear selection, lens options, and contact lenses
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care
- Stay updated with the latest advancements and developments in optometry
Minimum Requirements
- Be a qualified and HPCSA-registered Optometrist.
- Be fluent in Afrikaans and English.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be committed to providing outstanding patient care and service.
- Have a professional, empathetic, and patient-centred approach.
- Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
