A well-established luxury lodge in the Dundee area in KwaZulu-Natal, is looking for a dynamic and ambitious Reception & Lodge Assistant. This role is perfect for a well-spoken, highly presentable individual with strong management and organisational skills who thrives in guest interaction and a hands-on operational environment.

The successful candidate will primarily manage reception duties while also supporting the Lodge Manager and assisting across various departments as needed. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to grow in lodge management while enjoying a close-knit, guest-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guest relations and front desk duties
- General lodge and staff management
- Assisting with reservations (experience with SEMPER advantageous)
- Stock control and kitchen management
- Overseeing housekeeping standards
- Providing support in various operational areas as required
Minimum Requirements
- General lodge experience in a similar role
- 100% fluency in English (as most guests are from the UK)
- A friendly and engaging personality with a great sense of humour
- A strong team player with excellent organisational skills
- Ability to live on-site and adapt to a close-knit lodge environment
- Live-in position with en-suite accommodation, all meals, and laundry included
- Salary: Negotiable, from R9,000 depending on experience
