Description

As a Hotel Receptionist, you will manage guest check-ins and check-outs, handle reservations, and perform general front desk duties while ensuring professional, courteous, and efficient service at all times.

 

You will serve as the first point of contact for guests, addressing inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly to create a welcoming and positive experience. 

 

The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate effectively with other departments to support smooth daily operations.
