Salary: R20,000 – R22,000 per month
Location - Based at Head Office - Green Point
Description
- Handle accommodation and spa reservations via phone, email, and online booking platforms.
- Coordinate guest itineraries, activities, and special requests to ensure a seamless experience.
- Provide concierge services, including transport bookings, recommendations, and guest assistance.
- Process payments and confirmations while maintaining accurate booking and revenue records.
- Collaborate with operations teams to ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes.
- Deliver exceptional guest service and uphold brand standards at all times.
Minimum Requirements
- 5–8 years’ experience within a 4- or 5-star lodge or hotel environment (essential).
- Nebula reservation system experience (highly beneficial).
- Fluency in Mandarin, Arabic, or Russian (advantageous).
- Proven understanding of the lodge environment and luxury hospitality standards.
- Strong computer literacy and experience with booking systems.
- Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Passion for tourism, hospitality, and conservation.
