Description

You will supervise restaurant operations, support and motivate the service team, ensure service excellence, manage shift procedures, resolve guest concerns, monitor stock, and maintain the highest hospitality standards.

Minimum Requirements

  • Minimum 2–3 years' experience in a Restaurant Supervisor role
  • Luxury hotel or upscale restaurant experience
  • Micros POS experience essential
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Strong guest service focus
  • Ability to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
  • Salary: R13,000 – R18,000 per month
