Our luxury hotel in Moshi is seeking a talented and ambitious Sales & Marketing Executive to drive business growth and elevate our brand in Tanzania’s vibrant hospitality market. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hospitality professional with local market expertise and strong connections with tour operators, travel agents, and corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales & marketing strategies to boost revenue, occupancy, and brand visibility.
- Build and strengthen partnerships with local and international tour operators, DMCs, and corporate clients.
- Manage online travel agency (OTA) listings (Booking.com, Expedia, Airbnb, etc.) to maximise visibility.
- Lead digital marketing campaigns across social media, Google, and local platforms.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of competitor trends in the Kilimanjaro and Arusha region.
- Represent the hotel at tourism trade fairs, roadshows, and networking events.
- Collaborate with reservations and revenue teams to optimise sales performance.
- Provide regular reports to management on sales performance and growth opportunities.
Minimum Requirements
Requirements
- Tanzanian national (mandatory)
- 3–5 years’ experience in hospitality or tourism sales & marketing.
- Strong knowledge of the Moshi, Arusha, and Kilimanjaro tourism markets.
- Established network of tour operators, travel agents, and corporate buyers.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Experience with OTAs, digital marketing tools, and MS Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and passionate about luxury hospitality.
