Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic Telesales and Sales Support Representative to engage with current and potential customers to promote and grow sales reach. Enable the sales team to focus on core selling activities
by handling administrative and logistical tasks. This role is crucial in maintaining the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales process, ultimately contributing to the overall success of the sales organization

 

 

Description

➢ Engage with prospects and customers to grow sales.
➢ Addresses customer inquiries and resolves issues.
➢ Identify and qualifies potential sales leads.
➢ Accurately prepare sales reports.
➢ Maintain and update customer information.
➢ Handle customer inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues in a timely manner.
➢ Conduct follow-up calls and emails to ensure customer satisfaction and gather feedback.
➢ Assist with processing sales orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
➢ Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the product managers issues with product availability.
➢ Report potential leads and opportunities.
➢ Provide technical support for customers and any troubleshooting issues.
➢ Support ongoing training initiatives to enhance your skills and knowledge.
➢ Work closely with other departments, such as marketing, finance, and warehouse to ensure seamless operations.
➢ Provide general support to the sales team, helping with ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed.

Minimum Requirements

➢ Grade 12 certificate
➢ Minimum of 2 years’ proven experience in a similar role
➢ Knowledge of Dynamics 365 will be advantageous
➢ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite e.g. Word, Excel
➢ Target driven: Exceed daily, weekly and monthly sales quotas.
➢ Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage various tasks and priorities effectively.
➢ Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with customers and internal teams.
➢ High level of accuracy and attention to detail in handling data and documentation.
➢ Proficiency in technical nature of the products.
➢ Strong customer service skills to handle inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
➢ Effective time management skills to meet deadlines and manage workload efficiently.
➢ Ability to work collaboratively within a team and support colleagues in achieving common goals.
