Description
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, offering warm and professional assistance both in person and over the phone.
- Utilise your stellar interpersonal and communication skills to ensure clients feel valued and informed at every interaction.
- Handle administrative duties with finesse, including appointment scheduling, invoicing, and maintaining accurate records.
- Demonstrate proficiency in computer systems to manage client data and clinic operations efficiently.
- Engage clients in over-the-counter sales with confidence and enthusiasm, contributing to the clinic's success.
Minimum Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (Grade 12 completion mandatory).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of previous experience in veterinary reception, demonstrating a solid understanding of clinic operations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication command, with a preference for bilingual candidates.
- Proficiency in computer literacy, including experience with veterinary software systems.
- Reliable transportation to ensure punctuality and flexibility in scheduling.
- A commitment to professionalism, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to handle financial transactions accurately and confidently, including cash handling and reconciliation.
