The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of luxury lodge operations, including exceptional food and beverage knowledge. You will be responsible for managing and motivating a dedicated team, ensuring every guest experiences the highest level of hospitality and service.

 

Key responsibilities include:

• Overseeing daily lodge operations.
• Managing a team of dedicated staff.
• Ensuring excellent food and beverage service.
• Hosting and interacting with guests to enhance their stay.
• Maintaining high standards of hospitality and guest satisfaction.
• Performing split shifts as required.

Minimum Requirements

Single status preferred.

Proven experience in managing luxury lodges.

Strong food and beverage knowledge.

Ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.

Excellent hosting and hospitality skills.

Young, energetic, and enthusiastic personality.

Willingness to perform split shifts daily.
