Working hours Wed - Fri - 8 to 5 Sat & Sun 9 to 6
Description
The Tasting Room Manager plays a vital role in ensuring a positive experience for visitors to The estate. These responsibilities are crucial for the success of a wine tasting room, as they directly impact the guest experience, sales, and overall operations. The Tasting Room
Manager needs to balance their knowledge of wine and customer service with strong operational and management skills.
DESCRIPTION OF FIELD OF DUTY (KPA’s):
- Guest Experience and Hospitality
- Sales Generation
- Staff Training
- Customer Relationship Management
- Inventory and Merchandise Management
- Financial Management (Budget and Cost Control)
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12
- Degree in Hospitality (preferred)
- 5 years’ experience in a similar role
Software Application Requirements:
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Commerce 7
