About the role

This role is available for a Implementation Consultant who has Business Analysis and/or Project Management and Enterprise Application exposure

In this role, you will step into a pivotal position leading complex system implementations from initial business analysis through to final deployment and client enablement.

You will need to be based in Stellenbosch as this is a Hybrid working model

  • Are you an experienced Implementation Specialist or Technical Project Manager ready to take full ownership of enterprise software rollouts?
  • In this role, you will step into a pivotal position leading complex system implementations from initial business analysis through to final deployment and client enablement.
  • You bring a strong foundation in technology and software delivery, and we will equip you with comprehensive mastery of our specialized, proprietary applications.
  • Working in an agile, highly supportive environment, you will have the autonomy to manage project governance, consult with key client stakeholders, and shape implementation standards.
  • As an Intermediate Implementation Specialist, your leadership will directly determine how effectively global organizations leverage real-time investigative engines, signal-tower solutions, and emergency dispatch applications during high-stakes incidents.
  • You will collaborate closely with clients, project stakeholders, and internal engineering teams to lead end-to-end software implementations and ongoing platform success.
  • Business Analysis & BRS Compilation: Conduct business analysis on client processes and translate functional requirements into detailed Business Requirement Specifications (BRS).
  • System Deployment & Onboarding: Implement proprietary enterprise applications (such as Signal Tower, CiiMS Ops, CiiMS Intel, and CiiMS GO) directly into diverse client environments.
  • System Administration & Technical Support: Perform routine system administration, troubleshoot operational quality issues, and provide ongoing functional/technical support to client super-users.
  • Project Tracking & Governance: Maintain up-to-date project plans, deliverables, risk logs, and timelines using company project management platforms.
  • Client Training & Relationship Management: Facilitate user training workshops on system optimization while managing client Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and stakeholder expectations.

What they're looking for

  • South African Citizen with a completed Grade 12 / Matric certificate.
  • BSc / BCom Degree in Information Systems, Informatics, or a related IT/Project Management discipline.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience leading or executing software system implementations and business analysis workflows.
  • Solid project management experience, compiling Business Requirement Specifications (BRS), and managing client SLAs.
  • Valid South African Driver's License and own reliable vehicle for client visits and regional rollouts.
  • Clear criminal record and a lifestyle suitable for intense vetting and clearance scrutiny.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally, with flexibility to work adjusted hours when required.
