About the role

Our client in in Stellenbosch is recruiting for a Junior Implementation Specialist (Project Manager Track) to join their team.

You will collaborate closely with clients, project stakeholders, and internal engineering teams to lead end-to-end software implementations and ongoing platform success.

  • Business Analysis & BRS Compilation: Conduct business analysis on client processes and translate functional requirements into detailed Business Requirement Specifications (BRS).
  • System Deployment & Onboarding: Implement proprietary enterprise applications (such as Signal Tower, CiiMS Ops, CiiMS Intel, and CiiMS GO) directly into diverse client environments.
  • System Administration & Technical Support: Perform routine system administration, troubleshoot operational quality issues, and provide ongoing functional/technical support to client super-users.
  • Project Tracking & Governance: Maintain up-to-date project plans, deliverables, risk logs, and timelines using company project management platforms.
  • Client Training & Relationship Management: Facilitate user training workshops on system optimization while managing client Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and stakeholder expectations.

What they're looking for

The Essentials (Must-Haves):

  • South African Citizen with a completed Grade 12 / Matric certificate.
  • Tertiary qualification in Information Systems, Informatics, or a related IT/Project Management discipline.
  • Demonstrated understanding of tech ecosystems with prior exposure to system implementations or software projects.
  • Valid Driver's License and own reliable vehicle for client engagements.
  • High level of computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and quick adaptability to master new software applications.
  • Clear criminal record and a lifestyle suitable for intense vetting and clearance scrutiny.
  • Flexibility to travel domestically/internationally and work adjusted hours when required.

The Game-Changers (Highly Advantageous):

  • BSc / BCom Degree in Information Systems / Informatics.
  • Project Management Certificate or formal PM methodology exposure.
  • Direct exposure or familiarity with enterprise incident management platforms (like CiiMS or Signal Tower).
