About the role

An established private optometric practice in Pretoria East is looking for a warm, professional and experienced Optical Assistant to join their team. The ideal candidate is honest, hardworking and reliable, with the ability to work independently and take ownership of their responsibilities. You should be confident dealing with patients, have excellent communication skills and be fluent in both Afrikaans and English. Most importantly, you should have a friendly, caring approach and be able to make patients feel comfortable, welcome and at ease from the moment they walk through the door. Experience with Eminance software would be advantageous. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established private practice with excellent working hours and a professional, patient-focused environment.
