- Assist patients with frame selection and provide professional eyewear advice.
- Take accurate measurements and ensure correct frame fitting and adjustments.
- Advise clients on lens options, coatings and suitable eyewear solutions.
- Assist with the dispensing and collection of spectacles.
- Provide excellent after-sales service and handle client queries professionally.
- Maintain strong relationships with patients and contribute to a welcoming practice environment.
- Assist with general practice duties and the smooth daily running of the dispensary.

- Previous experience in optical dispensing, preferably within a private optometry practice.
