- Conduct comprehensive eye examinations and assess patients’ visual needs.
- Provide professional, patient-centred optometric care and recommend appropriate vision solutions.
- Assist patients with lens and eyewear selections suited to their individual requirements.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and build lasting patient relationships.
- Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to professional standards.
- Work collaboratively with the practice team to ensure a seamless patient experience.
What they're looking for
- BOptom degree.
- Current registration with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA).
- Fluency in both English and Afrikaans.
- A genuine passion for people and eye care.
- A strong commitment to service excellence.
- A team-oriented attitude with good communication and interpersonal skills.
