About the role

Our client is seeking three experienced Barmen to join the Food & Beverage team at a luxury hotel in Umhlanga. The successful candidates will be responsible for professional beverage preparation and service while delivering a consistently welcoming guest experience.

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
• Prepare cocktails according to required standards
• Provide professional bar service
• Maintain excellent bar presentation and cleanliness
• Process beverage orders accurately
• Monitor stock and report shortages
• Assist with stock rotation and controls
• Minimise breakages and wastage
• Maintain correct glassware and bar equipment
• Engage professionally with hotel guests
• Support opening and closing procedures

What they're looking for

• Previous Barman / Bartender experience
• Hotel, restaurant or busy bar experience advantageous
• Knowledge of spirits, wines, beers and cocktails
• Good beverage preparation skills
• Strong guest-service ability
• Professional presentation
• Reliable and team oriented
• Comfortable working under pressure
• Able to work shifts, evenings, weekends and public holidays
