Floor Manager, Restaurant, Johanesburg Location: Sandton, Johannesburg Salary: R15,000 – R20,000 per month (Negotiable) Job Type: Permanent | Full-Time Our client, a growing and highly regarded restaurant group, is looking for an enthusiastic Floor Manager to join their Sandton restaurant. This is an exciting opportunity for a hospitality professional with strong customer service and leadership skills to manage front-of-house operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences. Whether you have previous restaurant supervisory experience or are an ambitious hospitality graduate ready to step into management, this role offers excellent career growth within a dynamic restaurant environment. As the Floor Manager, you will act as the owner's representative during service, taking full responsibility for the restaurant floor, guest satisfaction, staff supervision and daily operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all front-of-house restaurant operations.
• Lead and supervise the front-of-house team during service.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and memorable guest experiences.
• Ensure efficient restaurant floor operations during busy service periods.
• Coordinate communication between the kitchen and front-of-house teams.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve customer concerns professionally.
• Monitor service standards and maintain brand consistency.
• Train, coach and motivate restaurant staff.
• Ensure restaurant cleanliness, presentation and operational readiness.
• Support the owner with the day-to-day management of the restaurant.
