About the role

Our client is seeking a warm, polished and hands-on FOH Guest Experience Manager to join a luxury safari lodge in the Hoedspruit / Greater Kruger area. This is a highly guest-facing position requiring someone who thrives on personalised hospitality and can coordinate Front of House operations while ensuring guests enjoy a seamless experience throughout their stay.

• Welcome and host guests throughout their stay
• Coordinate arrivals, check-ins, orientations and departures
• Maintain excellent Front of House and guest-service standards
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests
• Coordinate guest preferences and special occasions
• Communicate guest information effectively across lodge departments
• Support dining and hosting experiences
• Monitor guest areas and presentation standards
• Assist with daily Front of House administration
• Handle guest feedback professionally
• Support lodge management with day-to-day operational requirements
• Build genuine relationships with guests
• Ensure consistently warm, personalised and professional hospitality

What they're looking for

• Previous Front of House, Guest Relations, Duty Management or Guest Experience experience
• Luxury safari lodge or high-end hospitality experience strongly advantageous
• Excellent guest-hosting ability
• Warm, confident and professional communication style
• Strong organisational and administrative skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Able to coordinate effectively across departments
• Professional presentation
• Calm and solutions driven under pressure
• Comfortable working hands-on rather than solely administratively
• Computer literate
• Flexible regarding hospitality working hours
• Comfortable living and working within a safari lodge environment
