About the role
Group Reservations Consultant – Luxury Game Reserve & Spa - Western Cape
Location: Western Cape
Salary: R20,000 – R25,000 per month, depending on experience
Working hours: Primarily weekdays, with some weekend work according to group bookings
We are recruiting an experienced Group Reservations Consultant for the head office reservations team of a luxury game reserve and spa. This role suits someone who can manage complex group bookings with accuracy and provide attentive service from the first enquiry through to arrival.
- Manage group accommodation and spa enquiries by phone, email and booking platforms.
- Coordinate itineraries, rooming lists, banqueting, conferences and special requests.
- Liaise with lodge, operations and events teams to prepare for group arrivals.
- Handle quotations, confirmations, amendments and cancellations.
- Maintain accurate contracts, payment details, billing records and group files.
- Provide professional, timely communication to guests and booking partners.
What they're looking for
- Proven group reservations experience in a hotel, lodge or resort.
- Nebula System experience
- Banqueting and conference reservations experience is essential.
- A good understanding of luxury hospitality and lodge operations.
- Confidence using reservations systems and managing detailed booking records.
- Strong organisation, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage a high volume of enquiries and changing group requirements.
