About the role

Our client is seeking a friendly and energetic Ice Cream Cart Runner to join the seasonal guest-service team at a prestigious luxury wine estate in Stellenbosch on a fixed-term contract. This is a guest-facing position suited to someone with a naturally warm personality who enjoys interacting with people and maintaining excellent service and presentation standards.

• Serve guests from the estate's ice cream cart
• Provide friendly and efficient customer service
• Maintain attractive presentation of the cart and service area
• Ensure products and service items are correctly stocked
• Maintain excellent cleanliness and hygiene standards
• Assist with opening and closing preparations
• Monitor stock and communicate replenishment requirements
• Handle guest enquiries professionally
• Follow food-safety and operational procedures
• Assist with general guest-service requirements when needed
