About the role

Our client is seeking an experienced Night Auditor to join the Front Office team at a luxury hotel in Umhlanga. This position combines overnight guest service with accurate financial and Front Office administration and requires someone who is comfortable taking responsibility during night operations.

• Complete nightly audit procedures
• Check guest accounts, transactions and postings
• Assist guests throughout the night
• Support overnight Front Office operations
• Process relevant payments and transactions
• Identify and investigate discrepancies
• Complete required reports
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Ensure correct handover to the morning team
• Respond professionally to guest requests and operational matters
• Maintain Front Office and hotel procedures during the night shift

What they're looking for

• Previous Night Auditor, Front Office or relevant hotel experience
• Hotel night audit experience strongly advantageous
• Strong numerical ability
• Excellent attention to detail
• Good administrative skills
• Experience with hotel PMS / Front Office systems advantageous
• Professional guest-service skills
• Able to work independently
• Calm and responsible under pressure
• Comfortable working night shifts
