Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Banqueting Coordinator to join their luxury hotel team in Durban. This permanent opportunity is perfect for an organised hospitality professional with Opera PMS experience and a passion for delivering seamless conferences, weddings and special events. • You will coordinate bookings, liaise with clients, prepare function sheets, communicate event requirements to operational departments, and ensure every event is delivered to the highest standard from enquiry through to completion.
