About the role
Our client, a leading global mining house, is seeking a specialised Business Systems Integration Analyst to optimise their bulk commodity supply chain. This is a pure business analysis and domain-focused role, acting as the critical link between enterprise SAP architectures and specialized operational technology (OT) layers. You will map cross-functional workflows, ensure data integrity across the mine-to-port value stream, and drive system adoption. Hybrid working model. Contract up to the end of June 2027.
- Process Mapping:
- Map cross-functional workflows linking logistics, finance, commercial, and plant operations.
- Data Validation:
- Verify complex reconciliation logic for bulk inventory adjustments, including tonnage, quality, and value.
- Systems Integration:
- Align enterprise SAP environments with site-level instrumentation and telemetry systems.
- Requirements Engineering:
- Author comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) to bridge the client's business and IT divisions.
- Change Management:
- Drive post-implementation user readiness, system training, and business adoption.
What they're looking for
- Mining Aptitude:
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience within heavy industrial or mining environments.
- SAP Domain Knowledge:
- Deep functional understanding of SAP integration (Logistics, Finance, and Supply Chain).
- BA Toolset:
- Proven expertise in requirements gathering, process design, and systems integration analysis.
- Logistics Systems (Desirable):
- Exposure to Weighbridge software, Laboratory Information Systems (LIMS), or bulk instrumentation.
- Methodologies:
- Solid grounding in modern delivery frameworks like Agile, Scrum, or DevOps.
