About the role
Hybrid Opportunity in Johannesburg Global Sofware Development Company requires a Head: Service Delivery to manage the overall Professional Services Business within EMEA
- Driving adoption of Ai-enabled tools across the delivery lifecycle
- Building trusted relationships with executive stakeholders and TOP customers
- Responsible for th commercial success and operational efficiency within the region
- Ensuring implementation teams customer business processes
- Support strategic customer engagements
- Supporting strategic customer engagements
What they're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering or similar
- Minimum 10 Years Management experience within IT, Professional Services, Enterprise Software or SaaS
- Proven track record leading teams
- Strong financial and commercial management experience
- Experience driving organisational change
- Experience within SaaS or enterprise software environment
