About the role
Cape Town | Perm | Hybrid - A leading financial services company is seeking a dynamic Sales Consultant to drive new business, build client relationships, and expand sales in a fast-paced environment.
- Promote and sell business funding solutions to small businesses
- Develop and execute a personal sales plan
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Manage your daily call schedule and sales pipeline
- Handle client queries and ensure excellent service
- Maintain accurate records of activities and results
- Ensure adherence to underwriting, compliance, and risk processes
- Provide market feedback and insights
What they're looking for
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in field sales, ideally within financial services
- Matric (Grade 12) is required
- Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Goal-driven, self-motivated, and well-organised
- Ability to build trust and maintain relationships
